The staff were amicable and accommodating as well, would have extended the stay. The hotel was in a stunning location, to all the main landmarks. And it was also near to all the restaurants, gondola and shopping, a quiet alley way right next to a main strip and within walking distance to the main tourist attractions and Piazza San Marco.

Had a very comfortable stay on holidays, couldn't recommend more this place. The whole place was clean and the staff were very very nice and incredible. The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect - relatively close to Blue Reef Aquarium Portsmouth. Set near a waterway and a lagoon, it was a plus. My double room was new-fashioned with a lovely comfy large double bed.

Appreciated every detail about my fantastic 3 nights stay here. Triple room had upgrades, it was fantastic and impressive. The bed was lovely and the staff were lovely and amazing. The location couldn't be more great and brilliant near Ca'd'Oro vaporetto station. Moreover, it was adjacent to a waterbus stop and all the main attractions.
